Refund, Subscription, and Workshop Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee & Subscription Policy:
At Springpad, we aim to provide every learner with a practical, impactful, and results-driven learning experience. Our refund and subscription policy ensures fairness while maintaining accountability from both sides.
a. Money-Back Guarantee:
To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, participants must meet the following conditions:
- Active Engagement: Attend all live sessions and actively participate in discussions, assignments, and Q&A sessions throughout the program.
- Course Completion: Complete all modules, exercises, and learning activities without withdrawing or missing key sessions.
- Effort and Implementation: Demonstrate reasonable effort to apply the skills, strategies, or frameworks taught during the sessions.
- No Interruptions: Avoid long breaks, unapproved absences, or incomplete participation without prior written communication to the Springpad team.
If you fulfil all the above requirements but still do not experience tangible learning outcomes or practical value from the program, you may request a refund within 7 days of course completion.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for non-attendance, partial participation, or dissatisfaction arising from expectations outside the stated course deliverables.
b. Subscription Payments: Once a subscription payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all subscription-based payments made for the use of our tools, premium materials, or digital services.
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for cancellations made after a billing cycle has started.
2. Workshop & Batch Change Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate reasonable requests while maintaining program integrity.
a. Batch Change:
Participants may request a batch change up to 48 hours before the start of the program.
If the new batch has a higher fee, the difference must be paid before the transfer is approved.
If it has a lower fee, a credit note will be issued for the remaining balance.
b. Candidate Transfer:
Enrolment may be transferred to another participant up to 48 hours before the start of the program.
Please note that the certificate of completion will be issued only to the individual who attends and completes the program.
c. Cancellation Policy:
At Springpad, we do not support cancellations once a payment has been successfully completed. All enrolments, subscriptions, and workshop registrations are confirmed immediately upon payment and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Participants are advised to carefully review program details, schedules, and prerequisites before completing their purchase.
In case of an emergency or genuine issue, participants may request a batch change as per the policy, but cancellations and refunds will not be processed outside the defined Money-Back guarantee terms.
3. Important Notes:
- Refund eligibility is subject to verification of attendance, participation, and completion criteria.
- Batch changes and transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the program begins.
- All subscription and digital access payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Springpad reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on compliance with the above terms.
