Bulls AI Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, plans, credits, and access fees made on or through the BullsAI platform are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that BullsAI does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Digital / Subscription Nature of Services
BullsAI provides digital products, AI tools, trading utilities, learning resources, and/or subscription-based services. Once access is granted or a service is activated, it cannot be “returned,” and therefore no refund will be processed.

3. Trial / Demo / Preview (If Provided)
Wherever BullsAI offers demos, previews, trial access, feature walkthroughs, or detailed product descriptions, these are provided to help you make an informed decision before purchase. Availing or not availing such options does not create eligibility for a refund.

4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate payment), you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the charge, along with proof of payment. Verified billing errors may be adjusted or credited to your account at BullsAI’s sole discretion, but this does not constitute a general refund right.

5. Failed / Interrupted Access
Temporary downtime, feature updates, platform upgrades, broker/API changes, or third-party integration issues do not qualify for refunds. BullsAI may, at its discretion, provide compensatory access or extension of service time.

6. Non-Transferability
Purchased access or plans cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for other BullsAI products/services in lieu of a refund.

7. Compliance & Misuse
In cases of violation of terms of use, sharing of credentials, abuse of the platform, or non-compliance with regulatory/disclaimer requirements, BullsAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without any refund.

8. Auto-Renewals (If Applicable)
If your plan is on auto-renewal, you are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date. Payments collected prior to cancellation remain non-refundable.

9. Disclaimers

• BullsAI does not provide guaranteed returns, investment advice, or assured profits.
  
• Market risk, broker/platform dependency, and user-side configuration issues do not qualify for refunds.
