This Agreement governs the use of the BullsAI platform and services. By accessing the BullsAI website, software, applications, platform, or portal (collectively referred to as “BullsAI”), you (“User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services provided by BullsAI.

**Risk Disclosure
**The information provided by BullsAI is for educational, automation, and assistance purposes only. It is not tailored to specific investment objectives, financial situations, or individual needs.

BullsAI serves as a platform provider, offering algorithmic trading strategies and tools to assist users. Futures trading, algorithmic trading, and investing involve substantial risk, and there is no guarantee of profit. Users must carefully assess their financial situation and risk tolerance before trading.

BullsAI assumes no responsibility for trading outcomes or losses. Users should use risk capital—funds that can be lost without affecting financial security.

**ThirdParty Services

Use of third party services is at the user’s risk, and users must review and agree to the terms and conditions of those services independently.

**Subscription Fees and Renewals
**All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
Subscription fees are nonrefundable. BullsAI reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information (credit card, UPI, or net banking) is accurate and up to date.

**Termination of Service
**BullsAI may terminate or suspend user accounts without prior notice if users violate these terms, fail to make payments, or engage in unauthorized activities.
Users may cancel their subscriptions by contacting BullsAI at aisupport@springpad.in. Subscription fees charged before termination are nonrefundable.

**Limited License
**Users are granted a limited, non transferable license to use BullsAI’s services for personal, noncommercial purposes.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from BullsAI without explicit written permission.
Users are responsible for any third party access to their account and must notify BullsAI immediately if unauthorized use occurs.

**Waiver of Liability
**BullsAI is not responsible for any losses resulting from access to or use of its services. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
In no event will BullsAI’s liability exceed ₹1, regardless of the theory of law applied. Users’ sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the platform and cancel any active subscriptions.

**Indemnification
**Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BullsAI, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from violations of these terms or the use of BullsAI services.

**Access and Interference
**Users may not use robots, spiders, or automated tools to interfere with BullsAI’s services. Any actions that overload the platform’s infrastructure or attempt to bypass security measures are strictly prohibited.

**Privacy Policy
**BullsAI is committed to protecting user privacy. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we collect, use, and store personal information.

**User Responsibilities
**Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities conducted under their account.
Users must notify BullsAI immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

**Governing Law
**This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of BullsAI services will be resolved in the courts of [City, India].
